The Events section displays all Events related to your Matters in two main views: Calendar View for a visual layout and List View for detailed information. These options cater to Users who prefer either a visual or more detailed project management approach with Clarra.
Calendar View
The Calendar View helps you track Appointments and time-sensitive Events. You can see your day, week, or month at a glance.
By default, it shows today's Events assigned to you, including those marked as “Not Done” or “In Progress.”
You can customize the Calendar View by:
- Searching for Events in the Search bar
- Selecting a custom Date Range
- Filtering by Event Type in the dropdown menu
- Accessing additional filters in “All Filters”
Save your filters as Saved Views with the bookmark icon, and set a default view if desired.
A collapsible calendar on the right gives you a single-day view of your Events, and lets you preview Events by clicking on a specific date.
You can create new Events by clicking on the “+ New Event” button below your Profile Icon.
List View
List View displays Events in a table format, similar to the Matters Events tab within a Matter. It's useful for managing deadlines and provides more detailed information than Calendar View. You can access List View from the dropdown menu on the top right of the Events page by selecting “Calendar View” and then “List View.”
By default, List View shows Events assigned to you for today, sorted chronologically. It displays all Event Types with statuses “Not Done” and “In Progress.”
You can customize List View by:
- Changing sort order by clicking column names
- Searching for Events using the Search bar
- Selecting a custom date range
- Filtering by Event Type
- Applying additional filters in “All Filters”
Save selected filters as Saved Views using the bookmark icon and set a default view. Rearrange column order by dragging and dropping columns or via Table Settings.

New Events can be created by clicking on the “+ New Event” button or by selecting the “+ New Event” option under the “+” icon on the top toolbar on the left of your Profile Icon.
