Saved Views in Clarra help you quickly access your preferred displays with selected filters for easy information retrieval. You can set a Saved View as your default, ensuring your customized display appears immediately upon entering a section.
Available across most sections, including Matters, Plaintiffs, Events, Documents, Communications, and Timekeeping, each section can have an unlimited number of Saved Views tailored to your needs. The creation process for these views is consistent across sections.
To create a Saved View:
- Apply the filters you wish to include in the Saved View
- Press the Bookmark Icon
- Write a View Name
- Review the selected filters
- Press “Save”
To edit a Saved View:
- Press the Bookmark Icon
- Click the three dots to the right of the Saved View
- Select “Edit View”
- Update the selected filters
- Press “Save”
To rename a Saved View:
- Press the Bookmark Icon
- Click the three dots to the right of the Saved View
- Select “Rename”
- Write the new name in place of the current name
- Click the green check mark
To set a Saved View as your Default View:
- Press the Bookmark Icon
- Click the three dots to the right of the Saved View
- Select “Set as Default”
