On the Matters Section
Click the Matters section on the left to view all accessible Matters. The Matters List page gives an overview of your Matters and additional information.
By default, it displays your Open Matters without any filters.
You can customize your view on the Matters List page in multiple ways:
- Search for a specific Matter using the Search bar.
- Filter by Matter Status with the dropdown menu, including options for "Open," "Closed," and "All Matters."
- Use “All Filters” for additional custom searches.
You can save these filtered searches as Saved Views, and set a Saved View as your default view for a page. Learn more about Saved Views in our article here.
You can rearrange the Matter information display via Table Settings or by dragging and dropping columns within the table.
Within a Matter’s Events Tab
You can view Events in either List View or Outline View.
List View: Displays Events in a table, sorted by date. It defaults to showing Events with statuses "Not Done" and "In Progress," and includes all Event Types. Customize by sorting, searching, filtering by Event Type, or using “All Filters.” Reset to default settings when needed.
Outline View: Shows relationships between Events, grouping “Parent” Events with their “child” Events, allowing for easy updates. Changing the date of a “Parent” Event allows you to automatically update the associated “child” Events.
Both views offer the same filters and search options for effective customization.
To rearrange the order of columns in the table, drag and drop the columns or open the Table Settings menu.
You can add new Events for this selected Matter by selecting “+ New Event” on the right side of the page.
