Send and Receive Texts in Clarra
You can send text messages to Contacts directly from Clarra with the Twilio integration enabled. Sending a text automatically logs a record of the message in Clarra, posting it to the Communications page and the Communications tabs of the relevant Matter and Contacts. As with calls and emails, you can create timeslips for texts, which generate automatically if a duration is entered.
Texting Contacts directly from Clarra streamlines your workflow and automates recordkeeping. To text from Clarra, your admin must set up the Twilio integration.
Admin Twilio Integration:
- You must configure Twilio in the Clarra Account Settings. For more information on configuring Twilio, contact Clarra Support.
