The Docketing Report provides a comprehensive view of all mail items handled within a specified date range. This report includes items that were processed through docketing as well as those that were not.
Navigational Steps:
- From the main dashboard on the left, select Reports.
- Under the Clarra Docs, you’ll find Docketing Audit Trail.
Docketing Report Overview
Below are the details captured in the report to ensure meticulous tracking and management of each item throughout the docketing process:
- Date: Records the date each mail item was logged.
- Matter Name: Shows the name of the legal matter associated with the mail item.
- Matter Number: Displays the unique identifier for the matter linked to the mail item.
- Docketing User: Lists the user(s) assigned to handle the docketing of the mail.
- Description: Provides a brief description of the mail item.
- Docketing Notes: Contains any notes related to the docketing process of the mail item.
- Attached Documents: Indicates documents attached to the mail item.
- Sent to Docketing Date: Shows the date the mail item was forwarded to the docketing department.
- Sent By User: Identifies the user who sent the mail item to docketing.
- Docketing Complete Date: Indicates the date when the docketing process was completed for the mail item.
- Completed By User: Names the user who completed the docketing process.
Customizing Your Docketing Report
Utilize the filters feature to refine your Docketing Report according to specific criteria. The filter options allow you to view records based on:
- Matter: Filter by specific legal matters to view relevant mail items.
- Docketing User: Display items handled by particular docketing team members.
- Sent By User: Identify mail items sent to docketing by specific users.
- Completed By User: Filter items that have been completed, showing which user finalized the docketing process.
- Sent to Docketing Date: Narrow down entries to those sent to docketing within a specified date range.
- Docketing Complete Date: Filter by the date docketing was completed to track processing times and workflow efficiency.
