Audit Trail By User

The Audit Trail by User report provides a comprehensive overview of user activities within the Clarra system, detailing modifications and interactions across various sections such as Matters, Events, and Mail Logs. This tool is essential for monitoring and auditing user actions to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.

Tracking Capabilities:

• Matters: Records all activities related to matter creation, updates, or deletions, including any changes in the Matter Details.
• Events: Monitors the creation of new events and any modifications to existing events.
• Mail Log: Logs all activities associated with new mail items or edits to existing mail items.

Generating the Report: 

To generate this report:

1. Click on “Generate Report.”
2. Specify your desired Date range. The default is the current day.
3. Choose User(s) to include. You can select one or multiple users.
4. Select Sections to include. By default, all sections are included.
5. (Optional) Filter by Matter name. The default setting includes all open matters, but you can specify particular matters if needed.

This report ensures that all user interactions within the platform are meticulously documented, providing an invaluable resource for administrative oversight and operational audits.
