The ClarraDocs AI Summarization feature speeds up the process of adding a new ClarraDocs Item by automatically filling in fields. Clarra’s AI scans uploaded files to create Attachment Summaries, produce relevant Tags, write Docketing Notes, and mark items to be Sent to Docketing. This makes the ClarraDoc creation process faster and easier for Users, and is a breeze to use.
To utilize AI Summarization, simply click “Summarize Attachments” after uploading a file to a new ClarraDoc Item. The Attachment Summary field will be filled out (approx. 150 characters) and relevant Tags will be generated. If dates that require docketing appear in the file, Docketing Notes will also be generated, and the “Send to Docketing” box will be checked. If no Docketing Notes are generated, the box will not be checked.
Navigate to New ClarraDocs Item:
- Press the “+” on the top right corner of any page
- Select “+ New ClarraDocs Item”
OR
- Select “Documents” on the left side of the screen
- Click “+ New ClarraDocs Item” on the right side of the screen
Add a ClarraDocs Item with AI Summarization:
- Select the Matter associated with the file
- Upload the file by scrolling down and clicking “Attach File”
- Press “Summarize” to the right of the attached file
- Press “Summarize Attachments” to generate an Attachment Summary
- Review the Item information
- Scroll down and press “Save”
