ClarraDocs is Clarra’s document storage feature that allows you to keep track of all of your final documents and correspondence. This does not replace your document management system (DMS) or file storage system (OneDrive/SharePoint, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, and Box). ClarraDocs make it easy to upload and organize documents and associate them with relevant Matters and Tags. ClarraDocs also allows you to manage obligations that arise from documents and make sure they are calendared.
Rather than searching through folders, sub-folders, drafts, and production documents, ClarraDocs serves as a single, clean repository for your final files and important correspondence.
If you want to learn more about DMS integrations on Clarra, read our articles here.
ClarraDocs provides users with the ability to track obligations and deadlines. For example, when saving a ClarraDoc such as a court order, you can check the box for “Send to Docketing” and create a note for the Docketing user including the deadlines ordered by the court. Once the deadlines are calendared, the user can check a box that indicates docketing is complete. Clarra also maintains an Audit Report and Audit Trail to ensure deadlines are never missed.
