There are 4 types of Dashboards available on Clarra designed to make your experience even more fluid, and keep the information you want readily accessible. The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open Clarra, ensuring you receive prioritized information as quickly as possible. Each Dashboard provides relevant metrics and keeps you up-to-date with your Matters.
Not every User will see each widget listed below, as some widgets (especially those related to Accounting) require specific viewing permissions.

Clarra Analytics
If you have Analytics enabled, you can access the Analytics Dashboard directly from your main Dashboard page. There are 4 default Analytics Dashboards covering Timeslips, Events, Matters, and Task Management respectively, and you can add additional Dashboards. Analytics Dashboards
Let’s go over the default Analytics Dashboards. Key information is placed at the top of each Dashboard for easy access. Out-of-the-box filters make the Analytics Dashboards a particularly powerful tool. By filtering for specific results, Users can better understand their profitability across different sectors.

Timeslips
- View Total Hours and Total Lodestar at the top of the Dashboard
- Filter by Matter and Timekeeper
- See further Billing Details, including Hours and Amount, in various data displays

Events
- Filter by Matter, Matter Status, Timekeepers, Event Code, and Event Status at the top of the Dashboard
- Gain additional insights into upcoming Events by clicking on individual elements
- Get an overview of the total number of upcoming Events to plan more effectively

Matters
- Filter by Matter Type, Matter Number, Matter Status, and User at the top of the Dashboard
- View Matter Details, Billing Summaries, Team Members by Matter, Deadlines by Matter, and click on elements in these charts to automatically filter for additional information

Task Management
- Filter by Matter, User, and Due Date at the top of the Dashboard
- Quickly identify Past Due Tasks, Upcoming and Overdue Tasks by Month, and Tasks by Team Member for an instant overview of workflow distribution
- Know how to address Past Due Tasks at a glance with key information readily on display
