How can I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password from the User Settings page within the application by following these steps:

• From any page within Clarra, click on the “My Profile” icon on the top right 

• Select User Settings from the dropdown menu

• Click on the Security tab

• Click on Reset Password

• Type in your new password and the same password again in the “Confirm Password” field.  Be sure to follow the password complexity requirements.

• Clicking on the Submit button will change your password. You will be logged out of the application and required to log in with your new password.
