To set your time zone in Clarra:
1. Access User Settings: Click the "My Profile" icon located at the far right of the top bar.
2. Navigate to Preferences: Select "User Settings" and then click on the "Preferences" tab.
3. Choose Your Time Zone Setting:
- Auto Detect: The system automatically adjusts to your computer's current time zone. For example, if you are in the Eastern Time Zone and there's an event at 1:00 PM Pacific Time, it will show as 4:00 PM on your calendar to reflect the actual occurrence time in your time zone.
- Set Permanent Time Zone: This setting keeps the selected time zone fixed regardless of your actual location. Events will appear based on the time zone you've chosen. For instance, if your time zone is set to Pacific Time and you are in the Eastern Time Zone, a 1:00 PM Pacific event will still show at 1:00 PM on your calendar.
This feature ensures that you can manage your schedule accurately, even if you are moving across different time zones.
