Matter Dashboard

There are 4 types of Dashboards available on Clarra designed to make your experience even more fluid, and keep the information you want readily accessible. The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open Clarra, ensuring you receive prioritized information as quickly as possible. Each Dashboard provides relevant metrics and keeps you up-to-date with your Matters.

Not every User will see each widget listed below, as some widgets (especially those related to Accounting) require specific viewing permissions.

Here, let’s review the Matter Dashboard.

Matter Dashboard

The Matter Dashboard gives you information about a specified Matter. You can select which Matter to view by clicking the name of the Matter at the top of the Dashboard.

• Matter Info
  • Displays Matter Information, Matter Summary, Team Members, Court, Custom Fields, and Other Fields
  • Some of these categories are collapsed by default, click on them to reveal their information
  • Press “View All” to go to the Matter’s Matter Info tab
• Estimated Recoveries
  • Displays Estimated Recoveries for the Matter
  • Press “Details” to go to the Matter’s Recoveries tab
• Actual Recoveries
  • Displays Actual Recoveries for the Matter
  • Press “Details” to go to the Matter’s Recoveries tab
• Matter Age
  • Shows the age of the Matter
• Milestones
  • Displays recent and upcoming Milestones for the Matter
  • Press “View All” to go to the Matter’s Milestones tab 
• Upcoming Events
  • Displays Upcoming Events linked to the Matter
  • Shows All Events by default, but you can filter by Event Type
  • Press “View All” to go to the Matter’s Events tab
• Linked Contacts
  • Displays the Matter’s Linked Contacts by Name and Connection Type
  • Press “View All” to go to the Matter’s Linked Contacts tab
• Linked Plaintiffs
  • Displays the Matter’s Linked Plaintiffs’ Names and Phone Numbers
• Lodestar to Date
  • Displays the total Lodestar to Date
  • Press “Details” to open the “Billing Summary by Matter” Report
• Total Time Billed
  • Displays the Total Time Billed for the Matter so far
  • Press “Details” to open the “Billing Summary by Matter” Report
• Docketing Status
  • Shows the number of outstanding Docketing Items
  • Lists them by Description and Date (from oldest to newest)
• Most Recent ClarraDocs
  • Shows the most recent ClarraDocs Items
  • Lists them by Description and Date (from newest to oldest)
  • Press “View All” to see all recent ClarraDocs Items
• Recovery Summary
  • Shows the Matter’s Recovery Summary
  • Press “View All” to open the Recoveries subtab of the Matter’s Accounting tab
• Recovery Phases
  • Shows the Matter’s Recovery Phases
  • Press “View All” to open the Recoveries subtab of the Matter’s Accounting tab
