There are 4 types of Dashboards available on Clarra designed to make your experience even more fluid, and keep the information you want readily accessible. The Dashboard is the first page you see when you open Clarra, ensuring you receive prioritized information as quickly as possible. Each Dashboard provides relevant metrics and keeps you up-to-date with your Matters.
Not every User will see each widget listed below, as some widgets (especially those related to Accounting) require specific viewing permissions.
Here, let’s review the Manager Dashboard.
Manager Dashboard
The Manager Dashboard is an expansion upon the Standard Dashboard, offering more information about your various Matters.

Your Appointments for today
- Includes a red line marking the current time
- Press “View All” to go to the Events page and see your Appointments in Calendar View

Your New Matters
- Displays number of New Matters for a specified time period
- Also shows the percentage change in New Matters over the previous time period
- The time period is 30 days by default, but can be changed

Your Closed Matters
- Displays number of Closed Matters for a specified time period
- Also shows the percentage change in Closed Matters over the previous time period
- The time period is 30 days by default, but can be changed

Your Active Timers
- Shows Timers that have yet to be submitted as completed Timeslips
- Provides the options to edit and resume Timers, and save Timeslips
- Press “View All” to go to the Timeslips page
- Press “+ New Timer” to open a New Timeslip

Your Deadlines for today
- Press “View All” to go to the Events page and see your Deadlines in List View

Your Tasks
- Press “View All” to go to the Events page and see your Tasks in List View

Favorite Reports
- Includes Reports you’ve marked as Favorites
- Press “View All” to see all your Favorite Reports
- Press “+ New Favorite Report” to select a new Report as a Favorite

Your Billed Time
- Shows today by default, but you can select other options

Team Billed Time
- Shows today by default, but you can select other options
- Press “View Report” to open the “Billed Hours Summary by Timekeeper” Report

Matters by Last Timeslip Entry
- Shows your Matters organized by the most recent Timeslips
- Useful to see which Matters may be trending towards inactive
- Press “View Report” to open the “Activity by Matter” Report
