Clarra provides Users with multiple options to incorporate additional third-party integrations that aren’t already on the platform. You can read our guide about Clarra's Public API to learn about creating your own integrations, and in this article we’ll explore using Zapier with Clarra.
Zapier is a hub for integrating applications. With Zapier, you can integrate Clarra with more than 7,000 applications to automate your workflows. You can create no-code / low-code automation Zaps, further streamlining how you use Clarra and connect it with other applications.
Navigate to create a Zap:
- First, sign up for a free account on Zapier
- Once registered, search for “Clarra”
- Click on Clarra, and search for a pairing app on the Clarra page
- Select the app you want to integrate with Clarra
- Click “Connect these apps”
You will now be on the Zap creation page.
Create a Zap:

Choose Trigger and Action Events for each application
- Trigger Events initiate the Zap, and trigger subsequent Action Events
- The first step in a Zap will be a Trigger Event, followed by an Action Event
- Each application has its own set of available Trigger and Action Events. See the list below for available Trigger Events and Action Events in Clarra.

Select which account you will be using for each application
- For Clarra, connect your Clarra Account
- For the app you are integrating Clarra with, connect your account for that app (Ex: If you’re integrating Google Forms with Clarra, connect your Google account)
- Press “Continue”

Configure the selected Events further
- Configuration is used to specify where and how Events will occur, as well as additional details and settings
- Press “Continue”
- Test the Zap
- Click “Publish” on the top right to publish the Zap
