How do I sign up for Clarra?

You can sign up for an account on the Clarra website. You can sign up for free here or select a different subscription plan.   

Signing up for an account on Clarra’s website creates your organization’s account within Clarra, as well as your user account.

If your firm already has a Clarra account, please ask your account administrator to add you as a user to the existing organization’s account.

How much does Clarra cost?

Signing up for Clarra is free.  Different pricing plans are available depending on the number of active matters for the firm.  Any plan, including the free plan, allows for an unlimited number of users within the same organization.  You can review the different plans here. 

How do I add new users to my organization? 

To add new users to your organization’s account, you need administrator permissions.  If you are the first user who created an account with Clarra for your organization, you were automatically assigned an administrator role for your organization and can create users in the Account Settings section of the application.  To access Account Settings, from any page click on the My Profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.  To add users, click on the Users tab, then select +New User.
