Quick Creation Anywhere in the Application
1. Start the Process: Click the "+" icon located in the upper-right corner on any page within Clarra and select "+ New ClarraDocs Item" from the dropdown options.
2. Associate with a Matter: To attach documents, first select the appropriate matter. This ensures that the mail item is correctly linked to the specific case or matter in Clarra.
Directly From the Matters Page
1. Navigate via Quick Links: Go to the Matters Overview page, where each matter has quick links marked by an envelope icon for easy recognition.
2. Open the ClarraDocs Log: Click on the document icon next to the desired matter. This will take you to the mail log specifically for that matter.
3. Create a new ClarraDocs Item: In the ClarraDocs tab, click the green "+ New ClarraDocs Item" button. This opens the ClarraDocs item creation page with the matter's name pre-filled, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
