How can I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password from the User Settings page within the application by following these steps:

From any page within Clarra, click on the “My Profile” icon on the top right
Select User Settings from the dropdown menu
Click on the Security tab
Click on Reset Password
Type in your new password and the same password again in the “Confirm Password” field. Be sure to follow the password complexity requirements.
Clicking on the Submit button will change your password. You will be logged out of the application and required to log in with your new password.
