The accounting tab of a matter provides details about any fees or costs split agreements that your firm may have with co-counsels or other parties involved in the matter.  To enter any information, you need to unlock the form first by clicking on the “Edit” button on the bottom of the page.

Multiple companies and contacts can be added to the Cost Split or Fee Split sections.  You can also copy the details from “Cost Split Agreement” to “Fee Split Agreement” using the check box - “Copy from Cost Split”.

You can also attach files to this section, such as co-counseling agreements or documents governing the management of the litigation fund.
